Audi A4 B9 8W paddle shift steering wheel round/flattened retrofit package

Significantly upgrade your AUDI A4 B9 8W with the original steering wheel gearshift / shift paddles.

We supply you with the complete package suitable for retrofitting the Tiptronic function (= shift paddles) on the steering wheel, depending on your model.

If you already have shift paddles installed, this retrofit package can also be installed if you want to convert to the flat-bottomed steering wheel!

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here carries out the complete automatic activation of the shift paddles with the help of the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original multifunction steering wheel with integrated shift paddles is possible on all AUDI A4 / S4 / RS4 B9 8W models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all body styles (Avant, sedan, allroad) and all model variants with an installed automatic transmission.

NOT suitable for AUDI A4 models with manual transmission (= hand shift).

The shift paddles are not separate components - they are included in the multifunction steering wheel supplied here WITH shift paddles (= Tiptronic).

We supply the steering wheel that fits your vehicle.

Based on the chassis number entered during the ordering process, we deliver the identical steering wheel (seam color, leather color, airbag mount, etc.) as currently installed, only with additional shift paddles.

If you already have a steering wheel with shift paddles and a round airbag installed but would like to convert to a steering wheel with a flattened bottom and shift paddles, this product offered here is also suitable. Please select "flattened bottom" during the ordering process. If a "square" airbag is installed, a steering wheel with a flattened bottom is not possible because the airbag does not fit here. It is also possible to convert the "facelift" steering wheel with a touch sensor for the lane departure warning system to a steering wheel with a flattened bottom. KECODI will automatically make the necessary adjustments.

If you would like a different variant than the one currently installed, please let us know your request IMMEDIATELY in the message field during the ordering process. Later changes after the order has been processed and returns are NOT possible.
