After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already pre-configured for you to completely automatically activate the parking steering assistant - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

Please provide the chassis number during the ordering process.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).

Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original parking steering assistant / PLA is possible on all AUDI A4 / S4 / RS4 B9 8W models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all body styles (Avant, sedan, allroad) with existing parking assistance at the front + rear (= PR number 7X2).

If your AUDI A4 B9 8W does not yet have front and rear parking sensors, this can also be retrofitted.

Since every AUDI A4 B9 8W already has an electromechanical steering system at the factory, the automatic parking process can be retrofitted.

The steering wheel moves without any intervention from the driver.

The four sensors are installed flush in the two bumpers of your AUDI during the retrofitting process - use the PDC sensor punching tool, for example

Approximate assembly process:

Remove the front and rear bumpers.

Insert the four sensors.

Connect these new sensors to the existing parking aid cable set in each bumper using the cable sets provided.

Then route these cable sets to the central electrics control unit, which is also already installed and always factory-ready. This is located in the driver's footwell.

The button panel in the center console, which is simply plugged in, is replaced; no wiring is necessary for this.
