Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the front parking aid (= PDC sensors front) with optical display in the MMI for your AUDI A3 8Y.

The currently installed rear parking aid (= 4 sensors) without optical display will be expanded to front + rear parking aid (= 8 sensors) with optical display!

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to completely automatically activate the front parking aid, including generating the optical display in your MMI.

• The unlocking (also known colloquially as "GEKO" / "SFD") as well as the complete activation (= the coding / parameterization and the final deletion of the error memory) is carried out automatically by KECODI in the shortest possible time!

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original front parking aid is possible on all AUDI A3 / S3 8Y models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (Sportback, Sedan) and all equipment variants with built-in rear parking aid (= PR number 7X1).

To retrofit the front + rear parking aid you need our PDC retrofit package with article number: 16306

To retrofit the front + rear parking aid + parking steering assistant you need our PDC retrofit package with article number: 16305

The currently installed rear parking aid (= 4 sensors) without optical display will be expanded to front + rear parking aid (= 8 sensors) with optical display!

This complete package is planned and delivered depending on the chassis number provided.

If you wish, we can supply you with PDC sensors already painted in the correct colors.

Painting work is carried out by a master automotive paint shop using your chassis number / the paint codes stored there.

If you do not want us to paint the parking sensors, they will be delivered primed.

Installation information for AUDI A3 models with currently installed rear parking aid:

The existing front bumper and grille can simply be reused! The two outer blind caps in the grilles are removed and the PDC sensors are inserted using the brackets provided. There are also factory markings/"caps" in the grille. The two inner holes for the parking aid sensors are drilled into these, and the two middle PDC sensors are mounted there.
