Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the front and rear parking sensors (= PDC sensors front and rear) with optical display in the MMI for your AUDI A3 8Y.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to completely automatically activate the front and rear parking aid, including generating the menu item in your MMI with a visual display.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the front and rear parking aid with optical display is possible on all AUDI A3 / S3 / RS3 8Y models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (Sportback, Sedan) and all equipment variants without currently installed parking aid (= PR number 7X0).

To retrofit the front + rear parking aid + parking steering assistant you need our PDC retrofit package with article number: 16305

To retrofit the front + rear parking aid if the rear parking aid is already installed (= PR number 7X1), you need our PDC retrofit package with article number: 16304

This complete package is planned and delivered depending on the chassis number provided.

If you wish, we can supply you with PDC sensors already painted in the correct colors.

Painting work is carried out by a master automotive paint shop using your chassis number / the paint codes stored there.

If you do not want us to paint the parking sensors, they will be delivered primed.

Installation information for AUDI A3 models without currently installed rear parking aid:

FRONT: The existing front bumper including the radiator grille can simply be reused! The two outer blind caps in the grilles are removed and the PDC sensors are inserted using the brackets provided. There are also factory markings/"caps" in the radiator grille. The two inner holes for the parking aid sensors are to be drilled into these, and the two middle PDC sensors are mounted there.

REAR: The existing rear bumper can also be reused. The two outer blind caps, which are inserted in the two outer grilles, are removed and the PDC sensors are inserted in place of these blind caps. On the inside (= in the middle of the rear bumper) there are already factory markings, where the two inner holes for the parking aid sensors are to be drilled / punched.
