Here we supply you with the retrofit package for installing the original rear view camera - suitable for your pre-facelift AUDI A3 8V up to and including model year 2016.

+ Optical display of the live image on the screen as well as the dynamic guide lines which change depending on the steering angle

+ Integration of the optical representation of the installed parking aid (PDC sensors) in one image (as ex works)

+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button (if installed)

+ freely selectable parking mode 1 (perpendicular parking) or parking mode 2 (parallel parking) via the MMI system

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here completes the automatic activation of the rear view camera with the help of the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you.

The retrofitting of the original rear view camera is possible on ALL AUDI A3 / S3 / RS3 8V 3-door, Sportback and Sedan pre-facelift models UP TO and including model year 2016 with one of the following installed multimedia systems:

MMI Navigation plus with touch input (PR number: 7UG)

MMI Navigation Standard (PR number: 7UF)

MMI Standard with navigation preparation (PR number: 7UH)

MMI radio standard (PR number: I8E)

MMI Radio high (PR number: I8L, I8S)

Suitable for all AUDI A3 8V models (also e-tron / g-tron) of all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR number: 7X1), front + rear (PR number: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR number: 7X5) and also suitable for your AUDI A3 without parking aid (PR number 7X0).

At the same time, this retrofitting of the rear view camera on models with built-in rear parking aid (PR number: 7X1) activates the optical display of the rear PDC sensors in the MMI.
