Audi A1 GB reversing camera retrofit package with cleaning function

Significantly enhance your AUDI A1 GB with the original rear view camera.

Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera with integrated cleaning function (= spray nozzle) in your AUDI A1 GB.

+ Visual display of the live image on the MMI screen as well as the active (= dynamic) and moving auxiliary lines when steering angle is changed
+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button (if installed)
+ With cleaning function! When the rear window wiper's spray/wipe function is activated, the rear view camera lens is also cleaned with a water jet.

After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here uses the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you to completely and automatically activate the rear view camera - NO further coding work with a tester and NO activation with an SVM activation code from an AUDI partner is necessary.

  • MMI Navigation (PR number: 7UF)
  • MMI with navigation preparation, PR number: 7UH)
  • MMI Radio plus without navigation (PR number: I8V) in conjunction with DAB+ radio reception (PR number: QV3)
  • MMI Radio plus without navigation (PR number: I8V) in conjunction with 2x USB socket (PR number: UI2)
• Generally speaking: IF navigation is installed = reversing camera can always be retrofitted
• Suitable for all AUDI A1 GB models with all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR no.: 7X1), front + rear (PR no.: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR no.: 7X5) as well as suitable for your AUDI A1 GB without installed parking aid (PR no.: 7X0, without PDC sensors).
• This complete package retrofits the original system installed at the factory - with dynamic auxiliary line display (= lines move with steering angle, etc.).
• Additionally, you also get the very convenient cleaning function, which allows you to easily clean a dirty rear view camera lens with a water jet from the rear view camera's spray nozzle. This is particularly convenient during the winter months and significantly increases the camera's usefulness.
