After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to fully automatically activate the heated vehicle mirrors.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of the original heated mirror glasses / mirror heating is possible on all AUDI A1 GB models (also AUDI A1 Citycarver) of all years of manufacture and all equipment variants.

We supply the appropriate retrofit package depending on the chassis number.

Your AUDI A1 detects how warm or cold it is using the factory-installed temperature sensor and switches the mirror heating on or off.

If the rotary knob is set to the new switch position for the mirror heating, it will heat as long as the vehicle's engine is running (depending on the outside temperature).

If you turn the knob to another position, the heating is turned off.
